Loadout

Terms of Service

Effective 17 September 2026

Loadout is a free workout planner that runs entirely on your device. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Using the app

Loadout is provided free of charge for personal use. You may create, edit, and share your own workouts and plans. You are responsible for the content you create and for anything you choose to share with others.

Your data is yours

Everything you create is stored on your device and belongs to you. Because your data lives only on your device, keeping it safe is up to you — use the built-in backup feature regularly. We cannot recover data that is lost, for example if your device is reset or the app is deleted.

Health & safety

Loadout helps you plan and record training. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Exercise carries risk; train within your ability and consult a doctor before starting a new programme. You use the app and follow any workout at your own risk.

Shared content

Workouts and plans shared by other people are their own content. Creator credit attached to shared content is preserved and should not be removed or misrepresented. Do not use the app to share content you do not have the right to share.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including lost data or any outcome of following a workout.

Intellectual property

The Loadout name, branding, and the app itself remain the property of the developer. Your own workouts, plans, and recipes remain yours.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
